• ALL FILES:
- Open your file in Adobe InDesign.
- Select "File > Export..."
- A Dialogue Box will appear.
- Choose a folder to store your new PDF.
- In the "Format" pull-down menu select
"Adobe PDF".
- A second Dialogue Box appears.
- In the "Adobe PDF Preset" pull-down menu select "Press Quality".
- Select "Marks and Bleeds" from the left-hand column.
- Deselect and active Marks.
- If the document does not bleed, deselect all active buttons in the "Bleeds and Slugs" section; and set all Bleeds to 0.
- If the document has built in Bleeds, select "Use Document Bleed Settings".
- If the document needs Bleeds specified, set to "0.125".
- Select "Output".
- Click the "Ink Manager" button and confirm that any Spot Colors are listed.
- Click the "Export Button".
