• ALL FILES:

1. Open your file in Adobe InDesign.
2. Select "File > Export..."
3. A Dialogue Box will appear.
4. Choose a folder to store your new PDF.
5. In the "Format" pull-down menu select
   "Adobe PDF".
6. A second Dialogue Box appears.
7. In the "Adobe PDF Preset" pull-down menu select "Press Quality".
   
8. Select "Marks and Bleeds" from the left-hand column.
   
9. Deselect and active Marks.
10. If the document does not bleed, deselect all active buttons in the "Bleeds and Slugs" section; and set all Bleeds to 0.
11. If the document has built in Bleeds, select "Use Document Bleed Settings".
12. If the document needs Bleeds specified, set to "0.125".
13. Select "Output".
14. Click the "Ink Manager" button and confirm that any Spot Colors are listed.
15. Click the "Export Button".
